Aiman Khorakiwala is a dynamic and result oriented CEO with over 15 years of experience in the agrochemical industry. After completing her degree in Genetics from the USA, Aiman began her career working in her family’s Agri-inputs business. She helped establish the company’s newborn Seeds division which was then known as Hi-Q Seeds, in 2004.

Currently, Ms. Khorakiwala is the CEO and Whole-Time Director of InGene Organics, a part of the privately owned Biostadt Group of Companies. InGene Organics manufactures and distributes crop protection chemicals and biostimulants. The company is focussed on giving the best solutions to the farmers’ crop problems, on-time delivery to trade partners, and sourcing the finest quality Agri products from around the world. Ms. Khorakiwala has been instrumental in developing a strategic growth path for the company. Under her leadership, InGene Organics has steadily accumulated a network of 1600 distributors, 5000+ retailers and 60 products. With value-added products being introduced consistently, InGene Organics is committed to helping Indian farmers farm sustainably and boost their crop productivity to meet the ever increasing food requirements of the country. Ms. Khorakiwala’s strategic leadership and firm approach towards customer satisfaction has led to a steady growth path for the company.

Ms. Khorakiwala also manages her family’s 100 year old retail business – Akbarallys Men. In 2016 she was responsible for its transformation into Mumbai’s largest fashion destination for men, a decision that boosted the business’ profitability and refreshed its image.

Aiman is an active member of several community organizations and industry associations. Outside her work, Aiman prioritizes spending time with her family and indulges in personal growth.
